The power of Prayer
Prayer is our direct line to God. Prayer is talking with Almighty God; Our soul connects with God, not in contemplation or meditation, but in direct address to Him. Prayer may be oral or mental, occasional or constant. We pray to praise God, thank Him and express our love to Him. We pray to enjoy His company and tell Him what is going on in our lives. We pray to tell him our needs, seek His protection and ask for wisdom. It is impossible to please God without prayers. Faith is the real power of prayer. Life and death are in the power of the tongue.(proverbs 18:21). Our faith is released through our word. The mouth speaks from the abundance of the heart. Jesus has given us the authority to bind and loose every evil if we call his name in faith during prayer. Every knee in heaven and earth shall bow at the mention of the name of Jesus Christ.
The name of Jesus Christ: The authority in the Name. The power in the Name. The victory in the Name. There is a great power in God's name. It can destroy every evil work and can stop them from any further attack.
The blood of Jesus Christ:There is power in the Blood of Jesus. There is Healing in the Blood of Jesus. There is cleansing in the Blood. We are redeemed by the blood of Jesus. The blood of Jesus can break satanic yokes and destroy every evil plans. No Christian is greater than his prayer-life. No amount of prayer said is enough and no amount of prayer will deliver us from temptation, but it will deliver us in temptation. A prayer done without faith and hope is empty. The secret of praying is in the joy of praying ; the joy of being in Gods glory. Time cease to exist when you enter the spirit realm during prayers. It is impossible to defeat the forces of darkness without prayers. For a successful warfare, We must pray continually for hours without giving up. Don't get distracted by the physical realm. Focus on the spiritual realm for our God is a spirit. The man who kneels in prayer will be humbled before God.
" Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you" 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
Sometimes our prayers seems unanswered or ignored. Do not give up. The bible says,
“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened" Matthew 7:7-8
Every Christian that prays in faith will receive whatever he asks including the gifts of miracles. A specific gift of miracles is granted unto a believer not for himself but to capture the attention of the nonbeliever so that they will be open to the gospel and glorify God. Patience, sincerity and perseverance brings smiles to a prayerful heart. Daily prayers brings daily cleansing through the name of Jesus Christ. Prayer brings victory, peace, joy, comfort, healing, contentment and holiness to a believer. Through prayers God sets us free from witchcraft, curses, idolatry, disease, unforgiving, depression, loneliness, poverty and addictions. With prayers we will overcome the powers of darkness and principalities. Ungodliness leads to eternal death
" For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places" Ephesians 6:12
Daily prayers, fasting and full repentance is the most powerful spiritual discipline of every born again Christian. The enemy does not want us to pray and he employs every means possible to distract our prayers. During prayers, distractions can come in various ways and we must do our utmost best to rebuke them. For our prayers to reach heaven we must focus our attention with sufficient intensity and concentration. Prayers said in truth and spirit can travel with the speed of thought, it reaches God before the next thought crosses our mind. God wants us to pray with our whole heart because his love for us is unconditional.

The lord Jesus Christ taught us how to pray in the Bible.
hallowed be thy Name, thy kingdom come,
thy will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those
who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom,
and the power, and the glory,
for ever and ever. Amen". Matthew 6:9–13
Jesus instructs us to pray in the manner prescribed in the lords prayer but he did not say that other prayers are not accepted. Though the lord's prayer is a powerful prayer, it is also a guideline on how to pray. All prayers done in truth and in spirit delights God. Always begin your day with prayers for you do not know if you will see the next day. You must strive to practice daily repentance. Ask God to forgive you on daily basis and do your best to avoid all kinds of sins. Jesus warns us that all sins can be forgiven except the sin against The Holy spirit and accepting the mark of the beast 666.
" Truly Truly I tell you, people can be forgiven all their sins and every slander they utter, but whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven; they are guilty of an eternal sin.” Mark 3:28-29
The Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is the spirit of God, the third person in the Holy Trinity. The Holy spirit and God are one. God the father created the universe through the Son Jesus Christ and by the power of the Holy Spirit. Jesus is the word of God and the Holy spirit is the power of God. The Holy Spirit is like the air we breath. He is everywhere waiting for you to breath Him in. When you open your heart He will come in and give you life but when you close your heart He stays out for He does not dwell in an unclean temple. A body without air will die and likewise a soul without the Holy Spirit is lost.
"Do you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you. whom you have received from God? you are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore glorify God with your body" 1 Corinthians 6: 18-20
. The Holy Spirit empowers a true believer with Wisdom, understanding, counseling, fortitude, knowledge, piety and fear of the lord. The bible tells us in the book of Galatians 5:25, that if we live by the spirit, we must also be guided by the spirit but the opposite is evident in our world today. Many Christians have so much ignored the holy spirit that they practically ask him to step aside while they do things their own way. When the Holy Spirit dwells in a believer, he blesses the person with the fruit of love, joy, peace, gentleness, faithfulness, generosity, kindness and patience. During prayers The Holy Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans.
“These things I have spoken to you while I am still with you. But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you. "John 14:25-26 ESVThe gift of prayer is open to all. The church needs prayer warriors who can pray down fire from heaven. You and I can be prayer warriors.
" Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7
