When will the World End ?
Various scenarios have been examined in science, politics, religion and culture about the end time in areas like global nuclear annihilation, Armageddon (total global war), global accidental pandemic, ecological collapse, alien invasion, global warming, meteor impact or total wrath of God. Many people have predicted different dates for apocalyptic events such as the rapture, last war, last judgement or any other event that would result in the end of humanity, civilization, the planet, or the entire universe but it all turn out to be false. In recent times notable groups or individuals such as Mark Biltz in 2008 and John Hagee claim that four "blood moons" in 2014 and 2015 may represent prophecies allegedly given in the Bible relating to the return of Jesus Christ. Jeane Dixon claimed that Armageddon would take place in 2020 and Jesus would come back to defeat the antichrist, satan and the false prophets between 2020 and 2037. 
Brad Larson(the big bang theorist) predicts that the entire universe will eventually be progressively torn apart if the strength of dark energy increases with time. Small massless patches then collapse back into a single point reenacting the Big Bang Cycle then resulting in a new explosion renewing the universal cycle by its continual expansion. Other scientists predicts that overheating or heat death is a suggested ultimate fate of the universe, in which the universe has diminished to a state of no thermodynamic free energy and therefore can no longer sustain motion or life. Although most of these assumptions are very unlikely, some however present a real threat.
Having studied the increasing number of gigantic impact craters discovered over the years, scientists believe that a collision between earth and a killer asteroid is inevitable. Its not a matter of, if it will happen but when. The result of such encounter would create a violent cosmic havoc and can destroy civiliztion as we know it. This notion is also mentioned in the holy bible in the book of revelation."The third angel sounded his trumpet, and a great star, blazing like a torch, fell from the sky on a third of the rivers and on the springs of water—the name of the star is Wormwood. A third of the waters turned bitter, and many people died from the waters that had become bitter".Revelation 8:10-11
We should note that it does not say the world will end but that many people will die. In the book of Mathew Jesus also talked about an asteroid falling into earth.
"Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken." Matthew 24:29Gabriel Ansley in his video titled "2028 End of the world" based on his book"Undeniable Biblical Proof" predicts the world will end in 2028 and seven years prior to that year, the Antichrist will rise to power to decieve mankind. He based his views on biblical calender which says that a day of God signifies a thousand year of man(2 peter 3:8). He assumed that since God created the world in six days and in the seventh day He rested, then in six thousand years the lord shall bring all things to an end and on the seven thousand year the lord will restore the earth. His views may sound interesting but it however, contradicts the Holy bible and could mislead many into believing that 2028 is many years ahead and therefore will continue in their sinful life with the hope of repenting later.

The Bible is the only Book that has giving an accurate answer about the end time. When the disciples asked jesus about the end of the age. He gave them an elaborate information about the end of the world and his return.
" Now as He sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, “Tell us, when will these things be? And what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?”
And Jesus answered and said to them: “Take heed that no one deceives you. For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many. And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of sorrows.
“Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name’s sake. And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another. Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many. And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. But he who endures to the end shall be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come." matthew 24: 3-14
The Bible has giving us a full knowledge about the signs and seasons of the end but it made it clear we cannot know the exact time or hour. Only God Almighty knows the exact day and hour.
" But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only."Matthew 24:36
Our duty is to be alert, awake and live a holy life for we do not know when Jesus will come to take his bride
"For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord." 1Thessalonians 44:16-17
